Your account: profile and security

What others see of you, how you get into your account and the protections that look after it. Everything is set up from your edit profile.

1. Your profile

In your profile you choose the nickname you show at the tables, a short bio and your country. Other players see your nickname, your picture and your country; never your email or your real name.

2. Your picture

You can upload your own picture (JPG, PNG or WebP up to 4 MB, cropped to a square), use the one from your Google account or keep the default image.

3. Your time zone

Every date and time on the site (activity, tournaments, scheduled tables) is shown in your profile's time zone. Worth checking if you travel or if a time looks off.

4. How you sign in

You can sign in with your email and password or with your Google account. Verifying your email is required before playing. If you forget your password, reset it from "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen.

5. Two-step verification (2FA)

From your profile you can turn on two-step verification with an app such as Google Authenticator. From then on, every new sign-in also asks for the app's six-digit code. It is the most effective protection against a stolen password, and you get a notice every time it is turned on or off.

6. Idle lock

If you leave the site open without using it for 30 minutes, the session locks itself. To get back where you were, enter your password or continue with Google; nothing you were doing is lost.

7. Security notices

You get a notice, on the site and by email, when your account is signed in from a new device, when your password changes and when your withdrawal wallet changes. These notices cannot be switched off.

8. Protecting your withdrawals

After changing your withdrawal wallet you must wait 48 hours before you can change it again, so nobody can redirect your payments on short notice. While a withdrawal has not been sent to the payment provider yet, you can cancel it and the chips go back to your balance (see the withdrawal guide).

Links to the wallet, plans, support and profile ask you to sign in first.
