Your home: what each element shows
The home screen is the first thing you see when you sign in and is always under "Home" in the menu. It sums up your activity as a player. This guide explains what each element reflects and how it is calculated. Everything on it is only for you: other players never see it.
1. Greeting and shortcuts
The greeting follows the time in your profile's time zone. Below it are the shortcuts to play: if you have chips available, "Go to tables" and "See tournaments"; if your balance is zero, "Top up chips" shows instead and takes you straight to your Wallet to deposit.
2. The greeting's totals
These add up everything since you created your account. "Available chips" is your current balance, the same as in the wallet: it does not include chips you have seated at a table right now. "Hands played" counts every finished hand you were dealt into, at cash and tournament tables. "Tournaments played" counts every tournament you registered for. "Tournament prizes" adds up the prizes and knockout rewards (bounties) you collected.
3. Your performance over the last 30 days
The four cards measure the last 30 days, and the arrow shows how much that changed against the 30 days before; when there was no activity in that earlier period to compare against, it shows "—". "Table result" is what you won or lost at cash tables: on each hand, what you collected from the pot (after the fee) minus what you bet. "Hands played" are the hands you were dealt into. "Hands won" is the share of those hands in which you collected chips from the pot, and its change is measured in percentage points (pp). "Tournament result" is what you collected in prizes, bounties and refunds minus what you paid in entries, rebuys and add-ons.
4. Result over time chart
For each period it shows your result at cash tables (in FICHAS) and how many hands you played. The buttons above switch between the last 7 days, the last 12 months and the last 7 years. Days and months follow your profile's time zone. Tournament chips are not real chips, so they are left out here: tournaments have their own card.
5. How your hands ended
Splits the hands of the last 30 days by how they ended for you: "Won at showdown" (you collected at showdown), "Won without showdown" (everyone else folded), "Lost at showdown" (you reached the end and did not collect) and "Folded" (you folded). The center shows the total number of hands, and next to it how many there are of each kind and their share.
6. Your most played tables
The four tables where you played the most hands over the last 30 days, with the number of hands and, at cash tables, your result there. The bar compares each table with the one you played the most. The name takes you to the table; a tournament's table takes you to the tournament and a fast-fold one to that section. Closed tables still show, without a link.
7. Latest movements
The five most recent changes to your balance: deposits, withdrawals, chips taken to and from tables, tournament entries and prizes, plan payments and team movements. Green is what added to your balance and red what took from it, with its status (for example, a withdrawal in progress or already paid). "View all" opens your Wallet with the full history.
8. Your tournaments
Your four most recent registrations. When the tournament is over it shows the place you finished in and the prize you collected, if any; otherwise it shows the tournament's status (registration open, running or cancelled). The name takes you to the tournament's page with its standings.
9. What is not counted
A hand still in play does not count until it ends, and tournament chips are left out of the table result, since they are not real chips. If a number does not match what you see in your wallet or at a table, open a ticket in the support center.
Links to the wallet, plans, support and profile ask you to sign in first.
