How to deposit

Depositing loads chips into your balance, always 1:1 to USD. The process is entirely handled by an external payment provider — this app never custodies funds or holds any key able to move them.

1. Get your deposit address

Go to your Wallet. You're automatically assigned a deposit address of your own there — always the same one, it doesn't change between deposits — with a QR code to scan from your wallet.

2. Send only USDT on the BSC network

Send only USDT (BSC network) to that address. Sending a different token, a different network, or sending from an exchange that doesn't support this can make your funds unrecoverable — there's no way to reverse it.

3. Wait for confirmation

As soon as the network confirms the transaction, your FICHAS balance is credited automatically, with no need to notify anyone. You can check the status under "Recent activity" inside your wallet.

4. If the deposit is meant to pay a plan

If you want that deposit applied directly to a Gold or Premium plan instead of turning into regular chips, declare that intent from Plans with the "Pay with deposit" button before sending the money, for the exact plan amount. If you don't declare it, the deposit is still credited as regular chips: you can use them to sit down and play, or pay a plan later with the "Pay with chips" button.

5. If something doesn't add up

If some time has passed and your deposit isn't showing up, or you have questions about a movement, open a ticket in the support center (category "Deposits and chips") with the date and amount sent. You can also write to support@micalmoker.sbs.
