Plans and rakeback
There are three plans: Free, Gold and Premium. All of them play at the same tables under the same rules; the plan changes how much rake comes back to you, how many tables you can open and which tools you get. Prices and the full comparison are under Plans.
1. How to pay for a plan
From Plans you can pay in two ways. "Pay with chips" takes the price off your balance and activates the plan right away. "Pay with a deposit" asks you to declare the intent first and then send the plan's exact amount to your deposit address; once confirmed, the plan activates on its own. If you deposit without declaring it, the money is credited as regular chips and you can pay for the plan with them.
2. How long it lasts
Each payment covers 30 days and never renews automatically: you are never charged unless you ask. You get a notice 7 days and 1 day before it expires. If you do not renew, your account goes back to Free; your balance, history and chips stay the same.
3. Paying for another plan while one is active
If you pay for a better plan while another is active, the new one starts right away and the days left on the old one are queued for later. If you pay for the same plan, its days are added to the current expiry, so no paid day is lost. If you pay for a lower one, that period is queued and starts when the current one ends. The queue is shown in Plans, under "Up next".
4. How rakeback works
On every raked cash hand, a share of that rake is yours in proportion to what you put in the pot. Gold gives you back 10% of that share and Premium 20%. It is credited as FICHAS when the hand ends and shows in your activity as "Rakeback". There is a cap per calendar month: 10 FICHAS on Gold and 15 FICHAS on Premium.
5. Benefits at the tables
Free plays one table at a time, at public tables. Gold allows more simultaneous tables, one private table a week, scheduling tables for another day or time, and the your-hand indicator. Premium lifts the limits on simultaneous and private tables, and lets you set the rake of your private tables within the house range.
6. Benefits in tournaments
Gold and Premium get a discount on tournament fees and can create tournaments with rebuys, the add-on and a bounty, with more of their own tournaments open at once. Premium adds fee-free tournaments every month, up to the buy-in shown in Plans.
7. Withdrawal priority
Withdrawals are sent automatically within a few minutes. When several are waiting at once, Premium ones (high priority) are sent first, then Gold ones (medium priority), then Free ones. Withdrawal limits are the same on every plan.
8. Donations to teammates
On Gold you can donate up to 10 FICHAS a month to your teammates, and on Premium up to 500 FICHAS. Free cannot donate to teammates, but can still contribute to the team pot (see the teams guide).
9. Stats, replayer and direct support
Gold includes the basic stats on your game (VPIP, PFR, aggression, showdowns and bb/100). Premium adds the advanced stats by position and by game, the replayer to watch your hands again step by step, and direct support: your tickets reach the administration directly and are handled first.
