How to withdraw

Withdrawing deducts the chips from your balance right away and leaves the payment on its way — the transfer is handled by an external payment provider (Micalpays), automatically.

1. Declare your destination wallet

In your Wallet, declare (or update) the address your withdrawals get sent to. Write it carefully: a payment sent to the wrong address can't be reversed, and it's your responsibility that it's correct. For your security, you must wait 48 hours after changing it before changing it again, and every change is emailed to you — if it wasn't you, reply to that email right away.

2. If you received the welcome bonus

The first time you verify your account you get a one-time welcome bonus of 2 FICHAS — one per device and per connection, not per account, so creating a new account won't get you another one. You can play it completely normally; whatever you win with it is yours. The bonus itself is held back and released by playing: first you need 40 valid hands (hands at public cash tables — not training, tournament or private tables — that saw the flop and paid rake, where you put chips in the pot against at least one other player on a different device who isn't an account linked to yours on your same network; a single opponent can provide at most 30 % of those hands), and from then on every 0.5 chips of rake you pay in those hands release 1 chip of the bonus. Everything else in your balance — your deposits and your winnings — is always withdrawable. Also, since the bonus is money the house gave you, to withdraw for the first time you need to have made at least one deposit (from 1 FICHAS), which is available to withdraw right away. Your wallet always shows how much is held back, how much you can withdraw now and what remains to release the rest.

3. Request the withdrawal

Enter the amount in FICHAS and confirm. The chips are deducted from your balance right then, and the withdrawal is recorded as pending submission.

4. Withdrawal limits

Each withdrawal has to be between 1 and 500 FICHAS (minimum 5 FICHAS while your account hasn't made any deposit, since the house pays the network cost of every payout), and you can have only one pending withdrawal at a time. If your destination wallet is new or you just changed it, until it's established it can receive at most, every 24 hours, 100 FICHAS or the amount of your largest deposit, whichever is higher. The wallet becomes established 24 hours after your first withdrawal to it is paid, and from then on the regular per-withdrawal maximum applies. So it pays to start with a small withdrawal to a new wallet and request large amounts once it's established — and to avoid changing your wallet right before a large withdrawal. For security, an unusual withdrawal may go through a manual review that delays it. Your wallet always shows the most you can withdraw right now.

5. The payment processes on its own

It's sent automatically within a few minutes, with nothing else needed from you. You can track the status under "Recent activity": pending submission, on hold, processing, delayed (waiting on funds), paid, or failed.

6. Cancelling a withdrawal

While the withdrawal hasn't been sent to the payment provider yet, you can cancel it from that same movement and the chips return to your balance. Once it's been sent, it can no longer be cancelled.

7. If the payment fails

If the transfer fails for any reason (address not allowed, payment error, etc.), the chips always return to your balance automatically — they're never lost. The reason is shown next to the movement.

8. If you need help with a withdrawal

Open a ticket in the support center (category "Withdrawals") and quote the reference shown next to the movement. You can also write to support@micalmoker.sbs.
