Terms and conditions
Last updated: 2026-10-03
Micalmoker is in beta: real money is involved, but the product is still under active development and may have bugs, downtime, or feature changes without prior notice. Access is open to any adult who wishes to take part.
Minimum age
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and play. By registering, you declare that you meet this requirement.
What :app is, and isn't
Micalmoker is a poker room between players — Texas Hold'em, Omaha and Short Deck cash tables, tournaments and fast-fold — using chips of its own pegged 1:1 to USD. It is not a regulated betting house, does not offer house-banked games, and does not hold or claim any gambling license. Use it at your own discretion and in accordance with the laws of where you live.
Player responsibility
Playing involves real money at risk: you may lose part or all of what you deposit. You are responsible for deciding how much to play and for making sure that decision fits your own situation. If playing stops being entertainment for you, stop and seek help.
Deposits, withdrawals, and custody of funds
Micalmoker never custodies funds and holds no key able to move them. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through an external payment provider (Micalpays); this application only keeps the internal chip ledger based on what that provider confirms.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are paid in USDT on BNB Chain (BEP20) to the wallet address you declared on your account. Once a payment is sent on-chain it is irreversible: making sure that address is correct is your responsibility, Micalmoker cannot reverse or recover a payment sent to a wrong address. Payments usually arrive within minutes of being requested, though they may take longer depending on the network or the payment provider. Every withdrawal is subject to the minimum and maximum and to the other per-player limits currently in effect, shown on the withdrawal page and detailed in the next section; Micalmoker charges no fee of its own for withdrawing. The house may reject a payment to an address that appears on a sanctions list.
Withdrawal limits
Each withdrawal must be between 1 and 500 chips (minimum 5 chips for an account that never made a confirmed deposit), with only one pending withdrawal at a time per player. While the destination wallet is new to the system (it never received a payment, or received it less than 24 hours ago, which includes a recently changed wallet), what is sent to it in any 24-hour period cannot exceed the larger of 100 chips and the player's largest single deposit. The wallet becomes established 24 hours after its first withdrawal is paid; from then on the regular per-withdrawal maximum applies. For security, the payment provider may hold an unusual withdrawal for manual review before sending it. Micalmoker may adjust these limits; the ones in effect are always published in this section and on the withdrawal page.
Welcome bonus
When an account is verified for the first time, Micalmoker may credit a one-time welcome bonus of 2 chips, limited to one per device and per IP address and to a total daily budget of 25 chips (a bonus beyond the budget is credited on later days). The bonus is a courtesy of the house, not a deposit: its amount is held back and is not withdrawable until the player releases it by playing — from 40 valid hands onward (completed hands at public cash tables, excluding training, tournament and private tables, that saw the flop and paid rake, with the player's chips in the pot against at least one other player on a different device who is not an account linked to the player's on the same IP address, with no single opponent providing more than 30 % of the required hands), every 0.5 chips of rake paid by the player in those hands release 1 chip of the bonus. Winnings obtained with the bonus belong to the player. For its first withdrawal, an account that received the bonus must have made at least one confirmed deposit (from 1 chips). Micalmoker may withhold the bonus, and any winnings derived from it, on signs of multiple accounts or of collusion between accounts, and may change or suspend the bonus at any time; the conditions in effect are always published in this section and in the withdrawal guide.
Teams and the team pot
A team is a leader and the players who signed up with their referral code. Contributions to the team pot are voluntary, final and non-refundable: the pot belongs to the team, only the leader decides how to use it, and it is never transferred straight into a player's account. It can only be used to sponsor a tournament (with at least 4 entrants from distinct devices and without exceeding what entries have raised) or to host a team freeroll: a tournament with no buy-in, open to every player, announced at least 60 minutes ahead, that starts on its own at the announced time, allows one entry per device, is only played with at least 4 entrants from distinct devices and, if cancelled, returns the whole prize to the pot. If the leader does not log in for 3 months, the pot is distributed among the current members in proportion to their contributions. Donations between teammates have a monthly limit depending on the plan and cannot be reversed. What is received from a team (donations, pot distributions and team freeroll prizes) can only be withdrawn after playing 10 valid hands. Micalmoker may withhold those prizes on signs of multiple accounts or collusion, and may adjust these rules; the ones in effect are always published in this section and in the teams guide.
