Notifications

The notification center gathers everything that happens with your account: money movements, tournaments, team, support and security. It lives in the bell in the header and under "Notifications" in the menu.

1. Where to see them

The bell shows how many are unread and the latest ones. Under Notifications you find them all, grouped by date, with filters by category and for unread ones. You can mark them as read, one by one or all at once, and delete them. Most carry a direct link to what they are about.

2. Which notices exist

Security: sign-ins, password, two-step verification and withdrawal wallet. Wallet: deposits, withdrawals and bonuses. Plans: activation, expiry and payments. Tournaments: registration, reminder, start, cancellation and prizes. Team: new members, donations and the pot. Tables: when your seat is released for being away. Support: your tickets and their replies. Site news: announcements, maintenance and legal changes.

3. Where they reach you

Each notice can reach the site, your email or both. Urgent ones (for example, that your tournament started) also pop up on screen right then, if you have the site open.

4. Pick which ones you get

On the same page, under "Delivery Channels", you can switch each category on or off per channel: for example, keep seeing tournament notices on the site without getting them by email.

5. The ones always sent

Security notices, money movements and changes to the legal terms are always sent, even if you switch their category off. It is how you find out in time if someone else is using your account.

6. Sign-in from a new device

Every time your account is signed in from a device you had not used before, you get a notice with the browser, the IP address and the time. If it was not you, change your password right away and open a ticket in the support center.

Links to the wallet, plans, support and profile ask you to sign in first.
